Free Targeted Website Traffic

The number of crazily named sites these days makes one wonder whether there is really any intrinsic value in the site's... typing in a name by chance. Most clicks today probably come from searches which are content, and not name, based....

Of course the computer logging into the adsense account is the one that they will always check, but then no-one in his... on the wrong link. With links often looking so similar it can and does happen. I wonder how much leeway they allow?...

The help files for Dreamweaver are actually pretty useless. For example in Dreamweaver MX from a few years ago, the... for ages again to find out how to do this simple task. Wish manuals could be written by users and not programmers....

I think it may still be possible to download free versions of Paint Shop Pro. While versions 7 and earlier are not... in my opinion version 7 is still a very fine tool when used with some of the freebie addons one can download for it....

What is the real value of a high google page rank other than being able to tout one's website as a good bet for... being able to tout one's website as a good bet for potential advertisers. Is the ranking widely looked at I wonder?...

Interesting that about hyphens in URL's. I wonder why underscores are used at all then in naming conventions for file... then in naming conventions for file names, as hyphens are much closer to the way a language is used than underscores....

Thanks for that input. With 50+ child portals we are having to think along the lines of a dedicated server... seems that the important issue is really splitting off the DB server which is where all the heavy load is going to be....

I would just go ahead and use the feed. Worst case scenario is that they ask you to stop, but chances are they don't... don't really care one way or the other, as any link a user clicks one will take them straight to their site anyway....

There is an excellent little free application for PSP 7 that I use all the time which allows one to set the cropping... and is of course built into version 8 and upwards. If anyone wants to know about it I'd be happy to pass it on....

Are floppies still manufactured, I wonder? Thinking back to the days of the old 5.25" flexible floppy disks that held... first IBM compatible I bought back in the 80's had a 20MB hard drive, and the vendor told me I'd never fill it. LOL....
