For things like HTML and CSS that don't change too much for a long time I think books are great. There are other things... technology that change so fast though my books are outdated before I've finished them so then I prefer the tutorials....

The issue is when you either have a ton of links on a single page or you have lots of one-page sites linking in to a... linking in to a single domain. That's where you have to be careful because you can actually get banned from Google....

I was wondering the same thing and did some research. Apparently there are different tiers of tech support and Dell... still be online to India with other companies, you will probably have a better level of support than with Dell's crowd....

I don't think resolution is that important anymore. People are using such large monitors now they don't really care... really care about the old school resolutions. I mean come on, are people really still viewing things at 800x600 LOL....

I like to start off on a smaller scale. It's great to have a dedicated server if you can afford it, but having a shared... a shared server can be a great solution too. I'm not sure I would start recommending a dedicated server to quartz....

I believe it was originally allocated to Ireland for whatever reason and then a bunch of the big boys including M$,... in this initiative. I think it's going to take off sooner or later. I don't believe it's a repeat of the WAP scenario....

yes, definitely. Look for a program called printkey. I don't know if it's still available, but it will do exactly what... available, but it will do exactly what you're looking for. Great for doing screen caps of regions or the entire window....

I haven't used Norton's anti-spam solution personally but most of these programs let you turn it off. NOD32 for example... example adds a message to each e-mail saying it's been scanned, but there is a setting to turn it off - thankfully :)...
