I have a few affliate links on my blog and it is not hard at all. I never went through a lawyer I contacted the companies that offered and filled out a few apps. I had them all approved in a few days. Maybe it is different for blogs....

I guess you could try to email the adsense team and see if they can undo it. Try to explain what happened. I know when I signed up they had a big thing about excessive clicking and clicking on your own links....

I think it is possible. Since they don't really charge users for much they have to make a profit somehow. I usually don't pay it much attention when I log on anymore. I guess I have gotten used to it....

Some people have personal blogs and other are trying to make a profit off of it. It kind of depends on what you are using it for. A lot of people may start one but not that many keep it up on a weekly basis....

I have heard of that one too. I think they pay $5 or more per blog entry. I don't think it is that hard to be approve. I think your blog has to be atleast 90 days on with frequent postings....
